Life coaching for pastors, youth ministers, and lay leaders!
Ministry presents unique challenges to its leaders. Work with a coach who "gets it."
"Your coaching has been without a doubt a great use of my time and money. I have been challenged and have grown in my own understanding of who I am. I have learned how to create healthy habits that motivate me to set larger life goals. And I am growing, step by step, in how to use my time so as to accomplish life goals that match my values. Thank you Dawn." - Steve, Pastor
In coaching, we focus on three main areas in which we talk about the following types of questions:
Personalize: Who has God called you to be? How do you interact with the world? What are your natural gifts and talents? What is your role in your community?
Organize: What structure needs to be in place in order for you to do ministry at home, at church, and in your community? How do you keep order in your time, space, finances and relationships? How could you think about your time, space or finances or relationships in ways that are more productive?
Realize: Where is your community headed? How will you get there? Where do you personally need to grow, learn and serve? What are the specific action steps you could take to more fully live out God's will for your life?
Although we usually start with one area, most people tend to touch on all three throughout a series of coaching calls or emails. Find out more.
