A recent study by PriceWaterhouseCoopers confirmed that coaching increases self-esteem, improves relationships, and contributes to a sense of overall wellness. When clients were asked about the overall positive impact of having a coach:
* 80% reported a higher level of self-confidence * 70% or more reported improvements in relationships, communication skills, interpersonal skills, and work performance * 60% or more reported an increase in work/life balance, wellness, career opportunities, and personal organization
