This series of interactive conference calls will
challenge you to examine
leadership styles, learn to be a better leader, and implement new
leadership skills in your organization. The best part is, you will
have the support and insight of your peers and a certified life coach the entire way through.
Over the course of six interactive conference calls, you will:
Discover your personal leadership style
Choose a personal leadership goal
Create a project plan that really works
Benefit from insight and support from the group as you grow in leadership
Learn positive, productive ways to create change in your organization

How
interactive are these calls? There will only be 2-5 leaders on
the line so everyone will get to talk. Each group meets six times over
three months for 75 minutes. Over the course of the three months, you
will set a leadership goal and use the bi-weekly check-ins to hold
yourself accountable to that goal. Every time your group meets, you
will:
Learn and Discuss a leadership concept
Report on your progress and receive insight and support from the group
Work with the group on a leadership challenge
This is the time to take a step forward in your leadership before summer begins.

Your six interactive conference calls will happen at the
same time on six Thursdays: March 11 and 25, April 8 and 22, May 6 and
20. Choose to meet at 10:30am EST, noon EST, 1:30pm EST, or 9:30 pm
EST.
Pay in one of two ways:
Option 1: 3 monthly payments of $49 (total $147)
Option 2: One payment of $125 before the first session.
