My Story
Originally from the Upper Midwest, Dawn has made a career of playing quirky housewives, nosey neighbors, and Type A leaders on a mission. Her own mission is to bring attention to women’s voices by telling their stories and helping others tell theirs.
She loves to bring people together to do creative projects, so she also produces and stars in “A Dairy Tale,” a web series that is a laugh-out-loud comedy at the crossroads of Parks & Rec and a Hallmark movie. It’s now in its third season and has been featured on the local affiliates of ABC, NBC, and NPR.
